Sacred Ordinary Sunday
Sacred Ordinary Sunday is a meditation, but with a difference. Many people have ideas about what meditation might or should be, but those ideas can sometimes get in the way of its real power. These gatherings offer a simple, grounded approach — one that helps us understand the practice, why it works, and how it can genuinely change our lives.
Rather than learning meditation as a skill to ‘have’, we explore how to be more present in our daily moments. As this presence strengthens, life begins to move with more ease, clarity, and honesty.
The gathering invites meaningful, lasting change — starting inside us and naturally extending outward. It’s a gentle group alchemy, a pause from busyness where we return to what’s true and let that truth open through conscious listening and sometimes, heartfelt sharing.
This practice nurtures confidence, clarity, and a deeper sense of connection to ourselves, to others, and to the path we’re walking. Sacred Ordinary welcomes people of all ages and stages, anyone drawn to genuine connection and spiritual nourishment. Each voice brings depth and meaning to what we create together.
