Our Sunday morning gatherings are a beautiful and powerful way to begin the day. I would like to share some of the experiences that participants have shared with me from these mornings.
“It is helpful to have a guided meditation, especially in such a beautiful place. It’s connective to share a few words in the group and I find that the things I express become amplified when I say them out loud. I love that we are all free to express ourselves and simply be heard – no judgements or solutions are offered. We all simply sit alongside each other and share a little piece of ourselves. Very enriching. ♥”
“The meditation experience is beautifully unusual. Brett takes us gently yet purposefully into an ever-deepening space where, from time to time, we are invited to share our feelings – whatever they may be. When the mind wanders, as it inevitably does, Brett intuitively guides us to return to our stillness. We share from this space, explore gentle and honest communication and, I feel, go forward into the world with more love and compassion.”
“In the short walk from the car park to the beautiful venue, I feel myself dropping into a sacred place of stillness. The birds are talking amongst themselves. We begin. Brett’s voice guides the way, and I indulge in being more inside my body than outside it. My mind slowly stops pestering me, and I enjoy feeling the passage of my breath and other sensations. We are invited to share a word or two, no pressure, just if we feel like it. It acts to connect our experiences and expand the energy of the group. On the way home I smile. I’m glad I was there.”
